See 5 Onondaga County towns with home sale prices up $30,000 or more

Syracuse, N.Y. — Average home sale prices are more than $30,000 higher than they were a year ago at this time in five Onondaga County towns, according to new data.

The towns are Spafford, Tully, Camillus, Onondaga and DeWitt. The increases range from a low of $34,200 in DeWitt to more than $189,000 in Spafford, according to weekly data from Central New York Information Service Inc., an arm of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.
